About Loulou
Background in sustainability
Before I devoted myself entirely to color analysis, I completed my degree in Business Innovation. Sustainability plays an important role in that field, and I incorporate that into my work as well. Especially in the fashion world, I believe we can all be more mindful and responsible.
Color consulting helps tremendously with that. You know exactly which colors look best on you, which means you’ll make fewer bad purchases and can shop more strategically. That way, you build a wardrobe that isn’t based on trends but truly suits you. I think that’s awesome!

Color, fashion, and styling are second nature to me.
I’ve been involved in the world of color since I was very young. I was analyzed by Merel from Hi Style Academy when I was just a baby. The foundation for my passion was laid early on.

Love for clothing
My love for beautiful clothes started pretty early on. Even as a little girl, I would often look through my mom’s closet. That’s never really changed, although now I find myself “shopping” in my sister’s closet more and more often!
I’m convinced that clothes can serve a purpose: they can make you feel confident, they can convey whatever message you want them to, and they help you make a great first impression. It’s so much fun when you know how to use your clothes to your advantage.
Make it personal
I’d also like to share that you can easily and enjoyably spruce up your clothes. Think of blazers, blouses, and pants—you can give them a completely new look by playing around with brooches, scarves, or patches, or by having them taken in or let out a bit. I regularly take sewing classes to make or alter clothes so that everything fits my style and figure perfectly. It’s an accessible, sustainable, and affordable way to create a unique, personalized wardrobe.
